Brooklyn Piers 7-12 occupy a unique position between Brooklyn Bridge Park and Governors Island, both of which are poised for major redevelopment. This 20-year development strategy will create a framework for one mile of active docks and cruise terminals as well as plan for 120 acres encompassing upland parcels and Waterfront Access Study.
Nautilus acted as liaison for the EIS/ULURP process between the Client, planning team and EIS consultants, and researched international best practices and case studies in over a dozen maritime marketplaces and other key land uses as catalysts for revitalization.
