Technical Evaluation of Development Proposals

The SE Federal Center offers a unique development opportunity for a public-private collaboration to develop a 47-acre, federally owned property for approximately six million square feet of private use. GSA envisions transforming the currently industrial and military site into a "vibrant, urban, mixed-use waterfront destination." Their RFP to developers calls for a mixture of uses ranging from private residential, office, and retail to public open spaces, cultural uses, and a waterfront park.

Nautilus assisted the GSA by providing a detailed technical evaluation of the shortlisted proposals for the SE Federal Center site to inform their selection of a single preferred master developer.
