Consultant Evaluation & Selection

On a site that is a national model for brownfield redevelopment supported by both federal and state funds, the City of Glen Cove is transforming 46 acres of its waterfront into a 1 million square-foot, mixed-use area with a hotel, conference center, retail stores, residences, public open spaces, and a variety of entertainment and cultural facilities.
Nautilus acted as an in-house advisor to the private developer selected by the City as their partner. We prepared customized RFPs for both planning and economic consultants, supported the developer during the bidding process, and advised on selection of a top-quality team for this nationally significant project.
