Harken's 40 years of experience have helped shape many successful, award-winning developments on urban waterfronts, ranging from Battery Park City and SW Brooklyn in New York to the GM Global Headquarters in Detroit. Her work has won national and international awards for design excellence and professional achievement.
Harken is a registered architect in New York State. She studied environmental design at the Parsons School of Design, real estate finance at New York University, and holds a Master of Architecture from Columbia University.
